Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator who will work together with the Older Adult Care Manager to ensure that Holocaust survivors (along with other seniors) have access to essential services that will support independent living in the community. The Client Services Coordinator will interface with clients and their caregivers while managing the creation, submittal and tracking of all benefit requests and invoices for services received, as required by funders including Claims Conference, KAVOD SHEF and other community-based benefits that are relevant to holocaust survivors. Additionally, the Client Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for individuals who are requesting information and referral regarding all JFS SV services.
