Holocaust Survivor Services Social Worker
Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley (JFS SV) is seeking a Full-Time Senior Services Social Worker to work with holocaust survivors and their families.
Your job responsibilities include conducting patient-centered, trauma informed outreach, intake and assessment; case management; and supportive individual and group counseling. You will develop care plans, maintain professional relationships with older adults and their loved ones,and provide advocacy as appropriate.
You must be confident, friendly, highly organized and a self-starter, with great “people skills.” Strong written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
