​​​Refugee Resettlement Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced case manager who will provide services to newly arrived refugees and Special Immigrant Visa holders during the initial ninety-day period of resettlement, in coordination with other staff and agency volunteers. The Refugee Resettlement Case Manager will assess and respond to the needs of newly arrived refugees while coordinating services to ensure the clients’ well-being in the community.

Refugee Services PC Program Case Manager

Preferred community (PC) is a program to provide intensive case management services to vulnerable refugees and asylees in Santa Clara County.  We are seeking an experienced case manager who will provide direct service to vulnerable refugees and asylees as well as outreach to community agencies and providers to create a network of welcoming services for vulnerable refugees.

Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized “people person” who will organize agency volunteer-
based programs. 50% of job focus is on volunteer assignments for refugee services; 50% on
food program and community engagement events.
