Sandra Pannell, MA
Sandra is JFS' Project NOAH Social Worker. She has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and 26 years of experience working with youth and adults in a variety of crisis settings. She is an experienced case manager and client advocate; and helps connect people with low incomes to the services they need. Sandra uses a variety of techniques to move individuals to positive change.

Hilla Flohr, MSW
Hilla is JFS' Clinical Social Worker. She has a Masters degree in Social Work; Hilla’s experience in the mental health field dates back to when she was a soldier in the IDF in Israel, providing case management and emotional support to soldiers. Hilla has experience working with victims of trauma, being part of her clients’ healing process and giving them the tools to cope.

As the COVID-19 pandemic keeps people at home, many of us struggle with high levels of anxiety and stress.
JFS is here to support you and is offering remote counseling services via Zoom video meetings or phone. Fees are based on a sliding scale and evening hours are available.
