Judge Rules Against Trump on JFS Suit against refugee restrictions

On Dec. 23rd, U.S. District Judge James Robart issued a ruling largely blocking implementation of the Trump administration’s most recent refugee restrictions, which included stopping the follow-to-join process, reuniting family members with refugees already in the U.S.
