Director of Home Care Operations
The Director of Home Care Operations will lead the exciting launch and ongoing management of a new private duty home care program at Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley, a respected non-profit community-based organization. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up—designing workflows, implementing systems, establishing compliance frameworks, and creating seamless coordination across departments. Working closely with Finance, HR, IT, and program leadership, the Director will develop efficient, accurate, and compliant billing, payroll, scheduling, and client service processes. This pivotal role offers the chance for a mission-driven operational leader to shape and scale a service model that delivers exceptional care, empowers staff to thrive, and makes a lasting impact on the community.
Case Manager
The Case Manager provides high-touch, individualized case management services to immigrants/refugees, asylees, and other vulnerable populations with complex needs.
This role supports clients who face barriers to self-sufficiency—such as medical or mental health conditions, housing instability, employment challenges, and limited social support through intensive, wraparound services. The Case Manager coordinates access to community resources, advocates on behalf of clients, and works collaboratively with service providers to help clients achieve stability, integration, and long-term self-reliance.
VP of Finance & Operations
Vice President of Finance and Operations is responsible for managing the full spectrum of the organization’s finances and operations, from day-to-day accounting, long-term financial planning, budgeting, audit, and grants management to human resources, technology, facilities management, and office administration. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working collaboratively across the organization. QuickBooks certification is preferred. Must be a skilled communicator and trusted partner with a strong background in nonprofit accounting, fiscal management, and human resources.
