Senior Manager of CalAIM Services

CalAIM, California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal, is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to improve care and outcomes for millions of Medi-Cal enrollees. Under the leadership of the Sr. Director of Programs, the Senior Manager of CalAIM Services is responsible for creating and growing program operations and personnel. This position develops and implements quality program services that provide medical and clinical care to individuals and families, holocaust survivors, older adults, and refugees. This position collaborates with the Sr. Director of Programs and the Sr. Grants Manager to establish program budgets and ensure that the programs operate within budgets and in compliance with policies. CalAIM Services will involve enhanced case management and community support.

Staff Accountant

This position is responsible for performing one or a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting. Duties include but are not limited to check preparation and record verification, preparing invoices and vouchers; maintaining files, posts ledger and general journal entries and/or balance accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Ability to reconcile difficult accounts.

CalAIM Data Analyst and Biller

The CalAIM Data Analyst and Biller will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data and managing billing processes associated with the CalAIM initiative. This role involves ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as handling billing operations to maximize reimbursement and compliance with Medi-Cal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis and medical billing, with specific experience in Medi-Cal programs.

CalAIM Care Manager - Housing Navigation

The CalAIM Care Manager – Housing Navigation will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care
management services to clients enrolled in Community Supports under the California Advancing and
Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) initiative. The Care Manager for Housing Navigation supports clients through
all phases of homelessness, including but not limited to on-the-street, interim housing, transitional housing,
and permanent housing. The Care Manager will also ensure clients receive the necessary support and
resources to improve their health outcomes and quality of life. This role involves meticulous data entry,
accurate program tracking, and efficient client referrals to CalAIM Community Supports programs.

CalAIM Care Manager - Day Habilitation

The CalAIM Care Manager will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care management services to
clients enrolled in Community Supports under the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM)
initiative. The Care Manager will ensure clients receive the necessary support and resources to improve their
health outcomes and quality of life. This role involves meticulous data entry, accurate program tracking, and
efficient client referrals to CalAIM Community Supports programs.
