Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and tracking the financial administration of JFSSV, including but not limited to the day-to-day transactional ins and outs of all the company accounts, managing and tracking the various funding sources from donors, funders, grant awards and contract tracking and billing. They will coordinate the preparation, review and submission of government and foundation contracts and grants. They will also provide detailed financial reporting to internal stakeholders.

Client Services Coordinator

The Client Services Coordinator will provide administrative support primarily to the Holocaust Survivor program in the form of document creation and organization, eligibility determination, tracking and client correspondence. This role will also involve supporting other programs by completing and coordinating general intakes to the CACS. This individual will interface with clients and caregivers in person, by telephone and email to monitor receipt of services and assess needs for additional support. Additionally, the Client Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for individuals who are requesting information and referral regarding CACS services and provide other administrative functions.

Therapist

Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to work with adults, families, and older adults. The therapist will provide therapy services, including assessments, individual, family and group therapy, to help clients achieve their mental health goals. The therapist will also be expected to provide telehealth services as needed.

Refugee Resettlement Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced case manager who will provide services to newly arrived
refugees and Special Immigrant Visa holders during the initial ninety-day period of resettlement, in
coordination with other staff and agency volunteers. The Refugee Resettlement Case Manager will
assess and respond to the needs of newly arrived refugees while coordinating services to ensure the
clients’ well-being in the community.
