Care Manager
The Care Manager will provide community-based services to support older adults to live quality independent lives in the community. The Care Manager will work with a dynamic team of professionals who provide innovative wrap-around services including, care management, occupational therapy for fall prevention, caregiver support, volunteer friendly visitors and home-based enrichment programs. Care management services are provided to individuals of all incomes, cultural and religious backgrounds. This position reports to the Manager of Older Adult Services.
Senior Human Resources Generalist
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will run daily functions of the HR department. This may include tasks such as hiring & interviewing, administering pay, benefits, leave and enforcing company policies and practices.
The CalAIM Data Analyst and Biller will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data and managing billing processes associated with the CalAIM initiative. This role involves ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as handling billing operations to maximize reimbursement and compliance with Medi-Cal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis and medical billing, with specific experience in Medi-Cal programs.
