Grants and Contracts Financial Analyst
The Grants and Contract Financial Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all grant-related financial activities, including complex grant billing and data management. This individual will work closely with the new Grants and Contracts Reporting & Compliance Specialist, handling the financial aspects of grant management, from billing to reporting and fund allocation. The Grants Analyst will ensure that all grant transactions are properly recorded and reported in line with funder requirements, contributing to the overall success of JFS SV’s grant-funded programs.
Jewish Care and Connections Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will report to the Manager of Older Adult Services and will lead and coordinate the Jewish Care and Connections Program, a new pilot initiative by Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley (JFS SV) focused on supporting isolated Holocaust survivors and Jewish older adults. This role is responsible for overseeing all program components, including volunteer recruitment and training, organizing cultural and religious events, and coordinating transportation services. The Program Coordinator will work closely with community partners, the JFS SV’s Volunteer Services team, and program volunteers to address the needs of participants, reduce social isolation, and foster meaningful community connections.
The Manager of Home Care Services is responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Home Care Services, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our older adult community. This role includes alignment with strategic planning goals, program development, staff management, quality control, and financial oversight to ensure efficient and compassionate services for seniors. The position requires close coordination with health care professionals, families, caregivers, internal team members, and community partners. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Home Care and Aging Services.

The Refugee Resettlement Case Manager will provide individualized case management services to refugees, guiding them through the resettlement process and helping them access essential resources. This position involves developing comprehensive service plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each refugee family, facilitating their integration into the community, and supporting their journey toward self-sufficiency. The Controller at JFS is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual who can manage and improve financial processes, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and contribute to the financial stability and growth of the organization. The Controller will report directly to the CEO and the Fractional CFO, working closely with the senior leadership team.
CalAIM Enhanced Care Management Care Manager
We are looking for a Care Manager to join our team for the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program under California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and social work and a passion for serving vulnerable communities. The Care Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and revising individual care plans and reporting to the Sr. Program Manager of CalAIM.

The Care Manager will provide community-based services to support older adults to live quality independent lives in the community. The Care Manager will work with a dynamic team of professionals who provide innovative wrap-around services including, care management, occupational therapy for fall prevention, caregiver support, volunteer friendly visitors and home-based enrichment programs. Care management services are provided to individuals of all incomes, cultural and religious backgrounds. This position reports to the Manager of Older Adult Services.
