One of the treasures of living in the Bay Area is the abundance of native fruit trees and the rich soil that supports year-round gardens. Yet for many of our clients, access to fresh, affordable produce is out of reach. Through our food pantry, we want to make it possible by inviting our community to share their harvest.
Introducing JFS Silicon Valley’s Share Your Harvest Program
Each month, we’ll welcome donations from home gardens and trees a few days before our pantry opens. For January, community members can drop off their harvest on Drop your harvest off between 10:00am - 12:00pm on the following dates:
January 19, 2026
February 9, 2026
March 9, 2026
April 13, 2026
May 11, 2026
June 8, 2026
July 13, 2026
August 10, 2026
September 14, 2026
October 12, 2026
November 9, 2026
December 14, 2026
Also, our food pantry is in need of paper, plastic, and gently used, non-soiled reusable grocery bags. So, if you are decluttering or have some to spare, please consider dropping them off in our lobby.
