This April, we were also honored to receive public accolades for our exceptional contributions and achievements:

  • Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors offered the county commendation to recognize JFS Silicon Valley for its significant contributions to the citizens of Santa Clara County. The document highlighted our outstanding services in enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Santa Clara County.

  • Congressional Commendations serve as a meaningful way to honor exceptional public achievements by members of a Congressional district. We were humbled to receive a Special Congressional Commendation from Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren. This award celebrates JFS's unwavering commitment to supporting individuals through life's challenges with respect and dignity, describing our efforts as an inspiration.

  • Furthermore, Supervisor Susan Ellenberg, a dedicated advocate for children and families, named JFS Silicon Valley among 2025 Helpers, a recognition to celebrate a select group of Helpers that serve the community’s most vulnerable members. Our CEO, Susan Frazer, was delighted to accept the Trolley Trophy. “I recognized them at an intimate event as a thank you for all their hard work. I hope you’ll take the time to learn about each of these groups and support them any way you can!,” wrote Supervisor Ellenberg on Instagram.
